BIOGRAPHIE SISTA CARO en français
Après + de 20 ans dans les sound system parisiens , le mic au poing pour partager des lyrics militants, MC et dubpoetesse , historienne spirituelle , Sista Caro part chanter autour du monde, Martinique, Jamaique, Europe, Ghana...
Dubpoetesse , elle raconte la spiritualité rasta et Iyabingui apprise auprès des Elders Rastas.
Chanteuse à la voix puissante et douce, elle passe du chant mystique à la poésie militante , toujours avec un esprit positif car l appel à la justice mondiale, aux droits égaux pour tous, la fraternité humaine, la sororité humaine et l amour de la vie sous toutes ses formes sont le message qu elle transmet.

Première femme dubpoet en france, elle poetise et chante sur du dub reggae roots dancehall et percussions nayabingui.
Depuis 30 ans , en quête de l'origine du mouvement Ras Tafari, elle a effectué des recherches en Martinique, en Jamaique, à Londres, en France et au Ghana. Elle écrit ses chansons et ses poésie dub en s'inspirant du résultat de ses recherches,
De ces recherches, elle a créé un spectacle « Le voyage de l’arche » qui raconte l’histoire des rastas et des extraits du Kebra Negast.
Mise en place avec Selecta President d’Easy Style sound system, elle l’a joué depuis avec Selecta Blunty (sound system), Selecta Kty(sound system), Gad I Tim (sound system), Ras PIdou (percussions nyabingui), Brian Faye (guitare, trompette), Ras Jocelyn (guitare) , King Kalabash (chant, percussions) et Baron Black (chants guitare flute).

BIOGRAPHY SISTA CARO in english
After more than 20 years in the Parisian sound system since the 90s, the mic in hand to share militant lyrics, MC and dubpoetesse, spiritual historian, Sista Caro share sing around the world, Martinique, Jamaica, Europe, Ghana ... Dubpoetesse, she tells the Rasta spirituality and Iyabingui learned from the Elders Rastas. Singer with a strong and sweet voice, she goes from mystical song to militant poetry, always with a positive spirit because the call for global justice, equal rights for all, human fraternity, human sorority and love of life in all its forms are the message it conveys.

First woman dubpoet in France, dubpoets and sings on reggae ,dub and nayabingy drums.
30 years in search of the origin of the Ras Tafari movement, she has conducted research in Martinique, in Jamaica, in UK, France and Ghana. She writes her songs and dub poetry, drawing the result of her research.
She created a performance telling the History of Rasta Movement and some extracts of Kebra Negast WITH sound system or musicians ( guitar and drums) or reggaeband.
